TB Plastic Extrusions, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business based in Elkhart, Indiana. With over 25 years of experience in the plastic extrusion industry, we have evolved from working behind the shadows to establishing ourselves as an independent leader. For 15 years, we were the driving force behind one of the top plastic extrusion companies in the RV industry, consistently delivering high-quality products that played a crucial role in their success.

Our journey began in 1999 when our founder moved to Elkhart to pursue new opportunities in the plastic extrusion field. TB Plastic Extrusions, Inc. was established in 2006, and since then, we have made significant contributions to the success of a major industry player. We remain committed to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered plastic extrusions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive, end-to-end solutions, we are in the process of relocating our mold and tooling company, SIMPLEX, from Sarasota, Florida, to Elkhart, Indiana. By fully incorporating SIMPLEX into our operations, we will enhance our capabilities in pre-tuning tooling in-house, significantly reducing lead times, improving customization options, and maintaining a controlled, quality-assured process tailored to our customers’ needs.
